MMA is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Architect with approximately 8-12 years of professional architectural experience in design-focused practices. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
MMA is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support Michael Maltzan. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the Principal, managing a broad range of administrative, and scheduling responsibilities in a fast-paced design environment. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, exercises sound judgment and discretion, and brings a proactive approach to anticipating needs and managing competing priorities.

Compensation & Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, in-person position based at MMA’s Silverlake studio. Remote work is not available for this role. The salary range is $70,000–$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
ARCHITECTURAL INTERN
MMA is accepting applications for students or recent graduates to join the office as quarterly interns. Available internship periods are:
Applicants should clearly indicate in the questionnaire which quarter(s) they are interested in when applying. Each internship lasts approximately 12 weeks, during which interns will assist project teams with physical modeling (from study models to presentation models), digital modeling, renderings, videos and animations, graphic presentation, and design studies.
