AWARDED AIA|LA RESIDENTIAL DESIGN AWARDS

Star Apartments and One Santa Fe were recently recognized with AIA|LA Resident Design Awards.  Star Apartments was the winner in the Affordable Housing category. One Santa Fe was the winner in the 50+ unit Multi-family category. This is the first year the AIA|LA has held the Residential Award Program to recognize residential design in four categories:  Low Incoming Housing; Renovations/Restorations; Multi-Family; and Single-Family Residential.  The jury included architects David Baker, FAIA and Craig Steely, AIA and Amanda Dameron, Editor-in-Chief of Dwell Magazine.
