Eleni Ho-On serves as Executive Coordinator at Michael Maltzan Architecture. She brings experience supporting senior leadership and coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects within design, construction, and nonprofit organizations. Her background includes coordinating a global portfolio of hospitality design and construction projects from concept through close-out, managing communications among architects, contractors, and vendors, tracking budgets and schedules, and developing process and documentation standards. Eleni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwestern University. Her experience across project delivery and executive operations brings a clear, highly organized approach to supporting the firm’s leadership and day-to-day operations.
