One Santa Fe was profiled in Fast Company’s article “LA’s Longest Building Fits an Entire Neighborhood Under One Roof” on March 9, 2015. More than a quarter-mile in length, the article notes that the building “provides an alternative skyscraper for dense downtown homes. Instead of building up, residences are spread across, recreating the social fabric of a neighborhood full of single-family homes—but within the context of tightly packed apartments.” The award-winning 510,000 sf, 438-unit One Santa Fe mixed-use development was completed earlier this year. Ground level retail spaces, including new restaurants, shops, and local markets, are scheduled to open this Spring.
